By visiting and using the www.mrstubbycooler.com.au website you agree to the terms listed below. If you do not agree, please do not use this website. We reserve the right to make changes to this agreement at any time. This agreement is between anyone who uses the website and One Spot Australia Pty Ltd (ACN: 624428977)

Legal
By making an online purchase, you agree to these terms:
- Are 18 years and over.
- Are entering into a legal contract with us.
We reserve the right to take legal action and seek compensation from the legal guardians or parents, if we suffer any loss or damage as a result of a minor that placed the order.

Copyright
All Content on www.mrstubbycooler.com.au including, but not limited to, graphics, text, images, design, software, code and appearance are the property of Mr Stubby Cooler and One Spot Australia Pty Ltd. They may not be copied, published, reproduced or used in any way, without the expressed permission and authorisation of OSA. Any other use, other than our intended use is strictly prohibited.

Pricing
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and will include the Goods and Services Tax (GST) which is added at checkout or invoice.
Each design is considered an order, to which carries a minimum of 5 identical units.
If by chance there is an error in our pricing, we reserve the right to advise the client prior to production and revise the price to the correct sum – if the amount is higher than originally quoted, Mr Stubby Cooler will refund the payment upon request.

Estimated Dispatch & Delivery Times
Our estimated turnaround time on our Stubbys is between 5 – 10 working days. Although we turnaround all orders asap, we unfortunately don’t and can’t guarantee delivery times as they vary and it is simply out of our control. Once an item has been completed and dispatched, it is now under the ownership of the client and under the control of the courier company. We dispatch from Gold Coast, QLD and as shipping times vary greatly and Mr Stubby Cooler does not estimate or promise delivery times, shop pick-ups inclusive. Shipping delays can and do happen and Mr Stubby Cooler will not be held responsible as it is out of our control. Please be aware of this before making a purchase.

Payment
All payments must be received in full at time of checkout. If a payment is not received, or is declined, we will not process your order. Once a payment is received and processing has begun, cancellation and or/a refund can not be achieved. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage that you suffer if a third party acquires unauthorized access to data that you have provided to us while placing an order at our website.

Limitation of Liability
Mr Stubby Cooler shall not be liable for any damages that are the result of, or from the use of, or inability to use, the products sold through this site. Any images used throughout this website are for illustrative purposes only. Actual items may/will vary and this should be taken into account before ordering.

Uploaded Content for Print
By uploading your own artwork(s) you acknowledge that you have full legal rights to use any and all images, trademarks, logos and text you upload. Mr Stubby Cooler accepts no responsibility for any unauthorised artworks that have been uploaded and then approved for print by the customer.

Discount & Promo Codes
At certain times Mr Stubby Cooler may offer discounts and free shipping. These are required to be added at checkout stage and cannot be added retrospectively after an order is finalised. Only one discount per order and cannot be used with other codes.

Cancelling an Order
Please note that once an order has been received with payment, it is put into our production line and can no longer be changed or cancelled. As such, we cannot offer a refund as it is now locked into production. Please consider this before completing your order.

Return & Refund Policy
With every intention, Mr Stubby Cooler tries to provide all our customers with products that meet the customer’s expectations as well as the specifications that are stated on our website. In the unlikely event that these expectations are not met, including loss or damage sustained during shipping, we request the customer contacts us via email immediately with a brief description of problem. We will try to make every effort to reach a mutually agreeable resolution. We will repair or replace any products which are not as stated on this website or are found to be defective. Mr Stubby Cooler does not offer refunds on any custom printed product.

Print Bleeding
Due to the texture of the neoprene material used together with dye-sublimation printing, some bleed on fine linework may occur. We recommend using a font size of no smaller than 12pts in your artwork. It is the customers responsibility to take this into consideration when creating or providing artwork.

Colour Matching
Mr Stubby Cooler uses standard industry software for designing and print purposes. We cannot, and do not guarantee any colour matching and/or exact colour print. Colours in your artwork design that are displayed on a screen are not accurate. Slight colour variations are possible once converted from CMYK for print and should be considered as acceptable. These will not be considered a production mistake and will not be considered grounds for a refund/return or reproduction. We will of course use our best judgement to match the colour.

Production & Stitching
All Mr Stubby Cooler orders are produced using unprinted, white pre-top/bottom-stitched neoprine material with white stitching. Artwork is then printed using dye sublimation onto front surface and stitching. When viewed from the top and bottom, white stitching remains print free. From there, a black seam is stitched on creating the stubby holder, hand finished with a glued on rubber base.

Artwork Proofing
Mr Stubby Cooler will not proof read any designs made by customers. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to double check all your designs before submitting orders. We do though make minor adjustments to improve the design for production. Mr Stubby Cooler will not be held responsible for mistakes in design created by the customer.

Artwork Approval
We consider your artwork approved once payment is made. All responsibility for the final art check lay with the customer. Once converted to CMYK, all orders will be printed as close as possible to your approved proof.

Artwork Design
All artwork created at Mr Stubby Cooler, remains the property of One Spot Australia Pty Ltd. A low resolution watermarked proof can be made available upon request. Any finished artwork supplied by a customer, remains their own property.
